Shipping Destinations

We can ship anywhere in North America, as well as 27 countries across South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily use UPS, USPS, and FedEx for domestic shipments. DHL is primarily used for international shipments.

Shipping Costs

We have a flat rate fee of $8 for shipments under $150. All shipments over $150 qualify for free shipping.

Processing Time

We fulfill orders within 1-2 business days. Orders received before 1 PM EST will typically be shipped the same day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the destination. For orders shipped to the Northeast, delivery typically occurs within 1-2 business days. For locations further away, expect 3-5 business days.

Tracking

Tracking and order confirmation will be emailed automatically once your order is placed and shipped.

International Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for customs fees and taxes that may apply to international orders.

Shipping Restrictions

We will ship to any location supported by UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will initiate a claim with the shipping provider on your behalf.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns for full refunds are accepted within 60 days of the order date. After 60 days, returns for store credit are available. Returns after 120 days are not accepted. All returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached. Please see Refund Policy here.
