Eligibility for Refunds

Returns are accepted within 60 days of the purchase date. Only unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original condition are eligible for refunds.

Refund requests must be made within 50 days of delivery. Please ensure your request is submitted within this period to be eligible.

Condition of Returned Items

All items eligible for a refund must be brand new, unworn, and unwashed. Items that are damaged or worn are non-refundable, except in cases where the damage is due to a manufacturer defect.

How to Request a Refund

Please send an email to info@bickfordusa.com. to initiate your refund request. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is received and approved.

Non-Refundable Items or Services

Damaged and worn items are non-refundable. Gift cards are also non-refundable. If an item is damaged due to a manufacturer defect, we will review your case and send you a new item free of charge or cover shipping costs.

Shipping Costs and Refunds

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, but a return label can be provided upon request.

Exchanges

Yes, exchanges are available for defective items. Shipping charges for exchanges are the customer's responsibility. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refunds for Cancellations

If the order has not shipped, a full refund will be issued. Once the item is shipped, we will refund the purchase once we have received the product back.
